What you’ll experience

Ballestas Islands – Take a speedboat out to the Ballestas Islands off the coast of Paracas to see hundreds of penguins and sea lions in their natural habitat. Known as Peru’s Galapagos (tours to the Galapagos cost a LOT more!) this tour gets you up close and personal with the friendly wildlife.

Peruvian buffet experience – Indulge on some of Peru’s finest seafood cuisine on a terrace overlooking the Pacific ocean (vegetarian options available).

Explore the Huacachina oasis – You’ll have free time to wander around the oasis at your own pace. Walk around the dunes or get something to drink and relax by the oasis!

Dunebuggy & Sandboarding experience – Enjoy a Dune Buggy Ride up and across the biggest sand dunes in South America, with incredible views of the only desert oasis in South America. This tour also includes an option to sandboard down various dunes across the Desert! A true once-in-a-lifetime experience

Pick up from JW Marriott Hotel (Mal. de la Reserva 615, Miraflores) - passengers must be OUTSIDE the hotel at 5:30 am for pick up, the guide will meet the passengers there. Once all aboard, we depart Lima.

06:00am – 10:00am

Direct bus to Paracas, a beautiful small town by the sea

10:00am – 12:00pm

2-hour boat tour of the Ballestas Islands. The Ballestas are a smaller version of the Galapagos, but just as great, where you'll see sea lions, penguins and lots of birds all in their natural habitat.

12:00pm – 1:30pm

Free time in Paracas to explore and have lunch at one of the local restaurants.

1:30pm – 3:00pm

Direct bus from Paracas to Huacachina - a small natural osis located in the Ica desert.

3:00pm - 5:30pm

Free time to explore the oasis.

5:30pm - 6:30pm

Dunebuggy and sandboarding tour - Ride the dune buggies up and sandboard down the biggest dunes in South America. A once in a lifetime experience in the only natural desert oasis in South America.

7:00pm - 11:45pm

Bus back to our end point in Lima - JW Marriott Hotel (Mal. de la Reserva 615, Miraflores).
